Looking to capture a few beautiful moments to celebrate the season of renewal? Our Spring Mini Session is designed just for you! Shot outdoors amidst the natural beauty of spring, we’ll create timeless memories filled with the warmth and vibrance of the season. Important Details: This is pay-per-image option, you only pay for photos you absolutely love! 1. There are several location options. Be sure to see which location is listed for each date below. Here's a description of each place: 2. Session Length: 30 minutes 3. Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early. Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so punctuality is key! Late arrivals will have photos taken for the remaining session time only. What You’ll Receive: ✨ Link to choose the photos you love ✨ Access to an online gallery with free downloads ✨ A print release, so you can print your photos anywhere you like or order custom prints, cards, or gifts through our gallery (optional). Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking your Spring Photoshoot with Negativ Space! Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Booking & Payment Session Fee: $50 💳 $10 per edited image Cancellation & Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your appointment without losing your deposit. To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to choose a new date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session or failure to attend will result in the loss of your deposit. If weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent the session from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. Image Licensing: Client Use: The images provided are for personal use only. This includes sharing on social media, printing for personal enjoyment, and creating gifts or other non-commercial items. A print release will be included to facilitate printing. Negativ Space Use: Negativ Space retains the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio purposes, website galleries, social media, or promotional materials. If you prefer to keep your images private, please inform us prior to your session. Image Delivery: Photos will be delivered via CloudSpot.io within 7–10 days after your session. You will receive access to a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images. The gallery also provides an option to order professional-quality prints directly through the platform.
