Looking to capture a few beautiful moments for your holiday cards? This quick, festive session is designed just for you! With a single carefully curated backdrop per session red backdrop for Saturdays and white backdrops for Sundays), we’ll capture the magic of the season. What to Expect: 🌟 We’ll begin with a standing pose and a seated pose for the entire family. If time allows, we can add additional shots like: Just the kids Individual portraits Parent-only photos The number of poses we capture depends on how smoothly the session flows and the participation of any little ones. If your child needs a little extra time to warm up, a longer session might be a better fit. Important Details: Session Length: 10 minutes Family Size: Up to 6 people. For larger groups, please contact us at gmiller@negativspace.com Location: Negativ Space (3516 Gray Birch Dr, Columbia, MO 65202). Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early and wait in your car. You may head inside a minute before your session or once the previous family has exited. Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so punctuality is key! Late arrivals will have photos taken for the remaining session time only. What You’ll Receive: ✨ 5–10 professionally edited, high-resolution images ✨ Access to an online gallery with free downloads ✨ A print release, so you can print your photos anywhere you like or order custom prints, cards, or gifts through our gallery (optional). Pricing & Booking: Session Fee: $100 Booking Deposit: 50% non-refundable to reserve your session, with the remaining balance due at the time of your appointment. Cancellation Policy
At Negativ Space, we’re excited to capture the joy and magic of your holiday moments! To ensure a smooth experience for all, please review our holiday photo session booking policy below: Booking & Payment: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. This deposit applies to your total session fee. The remaining balance is due at the time of your session. Your session is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Cancellation & Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your appointment without losing your deposit. To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to choose a new date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session or failure to attend will result in the loss of your deposit. If weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent the session from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. Image Licensing: Client Use: The images provided are for personal use only. This includes sharing on social media, printing for personal enjoyment, and creating gifts or other non-commercial items. A print release will be included to facilitate printing. Negativ Space Use: Negativ Space retains the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio purposes, website galleries, social media, or promotional materials. If you prefer to keep your images private, please inform us prior to your session. Image Delivery: Photos will be delivered via CloudSpot.io within 7–10 days after your session. You will receive access to a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images.
