Architectural Photography Pricing

Session Fee ($599): This fee covers the entire half day session, including the photographer’s time, the drive, setup, teardown, and the expertise required for each shot. The session fee is fixed, regardless of the number of images selected, which provides flexibility for the client.
Image Selection and Editing (10 images included): After the shoot, the client receives a gallery or proof sheet with a selection of unedited photos. They can then choose which images they’d like to have fully edited.
- Additional Images: $75 Per Image
- Editing Process: Each selected image is meticulously edited to enhance lighting, colors, and clarity, ensuring a polished, professional look.
- Custom Edits: Negativ Space will also make minor adjustments (e.g., removing blemishes on surfaces, adjusting brightness in specific areas) to ensure the final images reflect the architectural vision precisely.
- Image licensing is available: Standard Use is included(portfolio, social media, web, presentations). Marketing/ Advertising is included for a fee.

360 Panorama Tour

A 360° panorama construction visit is designed to provide an immersive, fully navigable visual record of a construction site. This service offers clients a way to explore the site from any angle, capturing a high level of detail for analysis, progress tracking, and stakeholder presentations.
The photographer uses specialized equipment to capture multiple 360° panoramas at strategic points across the site, allowing clients to navigate the site virtually.
Individual images are stitched together to create seamless 360° panoramas. This process involves careful editing to ensure accuracy in perspective and color, providing a realistic and high-quality view of the site.
Negativ Space can provide hosted links, if required, so that the panoramas are easily shareable with stakeholders who may not have specialized software.

Option 3: $300 (each visit)

Time-Lapse

A time-lapse construction visit captures the progression of a project over an extended period, from a few hours to multiple days. This service is valuable for showcasing the dynamic aspects of construction, including structural changes, team activity, and the evolution of the site.
The photographer installs time-lapse equipment at optimal viewpoints to capture essential stages or activities throughout the day or longer.
The images are processed and compiled into a time-lapse video, showing the project's transformation in a few seconds or minutes, depending on the project’s duration and desired speed.
