Multiple Site Visit Package

For projects requiring consistent documentation over time, consider packages for a specific number of visits (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Client will receive 10-20 edited images per visit. Focus is placed on unique aspects of the project such as foundational work, framing, installations, or other construction milestones that the client wants to document.

Option 3: $300 (each visit)

360 Panorama Tour (1-3 images)

A 360° panorama construction visit is designed to provide an immersive, fully navigable visual record of a construction site. This service offers clients a way to explore the site from any angle, capturing a high level of detail for analysis, progress tracking, and stakeholder presentations.
The photographer uses specialized equipment to capture multiple 360° panoramas at strategic points across the site, allowing clients to navigate the site virtually.
Individual images are stitched together to create seamless 360° panoramas. This process involves careful editing to ensure accuracy in perspective and color, providing a realistic and high-quality view of the site.
Negativ Space can provide hosted links, if required, so that the panoramas are easily shareable with stakeholders who may not have specialized software.

Option 2: $1200 (each visit)

Drone Time-Lapse (3 day sequence)

A time-lapse construction visit captures the progression of a project over an extended period, from a few hours to multiple days. This service is valuable for showcasing the dynamic aspects of construction, including structural changes, team activity, and the evolution of the site.
The photographer installs time-lapse equipment at optimal viewpoints to capture essential stages or activities throughout the day or longer.
The images are processed and compiled into a time-lapse video, showing the project's transformation in a few seconds or minutes, depending on the project’s duration and desired speed.
